This item is in excellent condition. This is a hybrid receiver, featuring a tube FM tuner section and a solid state preamp/amp section. If you're lucky enough to live within range of a good jazz or classical FM station, you'll really appreciate this combination of warmth and power. It's rated at 2 X 40 watts RMS into 8 ohms. Panel lettering is 100%. Acquired from a original family owner, this MAC-1700 includes the optional factory wood cabinet, a copy of the owner's manual. It has been serviced and included is the Performance Verification (see photos). All functions and inputs work and the sound is warm and very clear.

Functional Description
